A lot of this happens in the service industry when you have clients with varying preferences. One thing I have learned and do is to be completely bespoke with the solutions. No 2 solutions are the same in this industry. Listen to what they have to say and come up with solution that's 10/10 on quality. Stay in touch with them and get their feedback to learn on the long term performance of the service you provided. Not just you, if your team members/employees dont follow this, it all goes down the drain. So be consistent!
