Schedule one - one interviews with team members to have frank conversations. Once you understand the why behind the hesitation, you can propose a more tailored approach to the team.

I have seen it been attempted at a few organizations and what stood out was one of the banks where it was communicated and bought in from leadership, from what the ask is to the leadership themselves using the principles of Agile. There was Exces who ran their strategy daily with a Kanban board. When everyone is using it, then it gets adopted quicker as everyone is aligned.

When my team is resistant to anything, not only for agile practices, I would do following things: - Understand why they are resistant, - lack of knowledge / awareness - fear of failure / transparency / quick responsiveness - any other - root cause - Clarify the reasons for being hesitant - Share the value new practice can add - Share the industry success stories to build confidence - Prove with Pilot Project Execution - Enforce if still hesitant :-)
