I used below practice in virtual communication with team, which helped me a lot. 1. Keep all documents, details in central repository which is accessible by all team members. Like, MOM, Ground rules, plan, schedule, stretegy, KRA, etc. 2. During discussion with team, open and show same documents from central repo and update it LIVE as possible. 3. Always refer team to see these details from central repo as it will always have latest information.
