"Just a small ooopsie..." — but what happens when that "ooopsie" affects millions? At our annual Qday with the entire QGroup, knowledge sharing takes center stage. This year, we embraced a TED Talk-inspired format, and one of the highlights was our Jakob Carlsson's talk: "CrowdStrike – The small ooopsie." Jakob took us on an eye-opening journey about how a small misstep in processes at a major vendor can ripple through entire industries, impacting organizations and people’s daily lives. A heartfelt Christmas greeting I don’t usually post in English, but as Christmas approaches, I wanted to share a warm, heartfelt greeting with my dear international friends as well as my Swedish friends and contacts. This year has been extraordinary for me.
