For many founders, sales is a critical skill—not only for generating revenue but also for validating product-market fit and building #investor trust. We kicked off with an important mindset shift: #Sales is not about "selling" but about building relationships with potential customers. 🤝 The goal is to collaboratively determine whether our solution addresses a real problem. Key to this process is the ability to clearly define and communicate a strong Value Proposition. Here, our mentor David Blazek placed a special emphasis on the Purpose-Question—the “Why?” of a #startup. When startups communicate their "Why" effectively, they build trust, foster connections with potential customers, and positively influence decision-making. Another important element was measuring qualitative aspects. Sales success must be quantifiable from the very beginning to guide strategies, sharpen approaches, and adapt effectively. We explored Sales #KPIs and their critical role in creating a measurable, scalable sales process. 👏Thanks to our powerhouse David Blazek Magdalena Reith, Robert Zander, Stefan Müller, Markus Klemm, Michaela Wachtel, Daniel Jung and Ronny Timmreck for this productive focus week!
