What a year we’ve had! Here are a few highlights: ✨ We passed the milestones of 300 employees in Sweden and 500 globally ✨ We handed out over 66 million Swedish kronor to our employees as part of our profit-sharing programme ✨ We grew internationally, and our development department expanded to Malaysia ✨ We launched our Business Intelligence option, Monitor BI ✨ Our Owner, Jörgen Persson, was crowned Sweden’s entrepreneur of the Year 2024 ✨ Our group CEO, Morgan Persson, was awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of Gävle ✨ A third-party poll showed we have the most satisfied customers and the highest rated support in the ERP industry in Sweden ✨ We were named Sweden’s Best ERP System ✨ We held our largest user seminar to date Happy New Year! 🎤 Say hello to Josefine Tegebro, who started working with us in 2023. As a communicator, she appreciates the variation her work offers, as well as working with others around the globe. In her free time, she spends time with her family, coaches her daughter’s football and gymnastics team, and enjoys summers in her summer house. Tell us about your journey with Monitor, how did it begin? “I grew up in Hög, just outside of Hudiksvall, Sweden, but I moved to Stockholm straight after high school. There I worked in the marketing departments at Apollo, Lidl and MAX Burgers. When my family – my husband and our two children – and I decided to move back home to Hudiksvall, I saw that Monitor was looking at expanding its marketing department. It felt like a fantastic opportunity, so I applied for the role of communicator and got the job. I’ve been working here for almost two years and I’m loving it”. What is the best part of your job? “That I am having fun, working globally, and my work is really varied. Since there’s always so much going on, no two days are ever the same, which I really like. One day may involve visiting a customer to write a customer case, the next I’ll be writing social media posts about a delegation visiting from some exciting country, and the day after I’ll be leading a workshop along with the team from the 13 countries we are active in. I also have amazing colleagues!  What do you do in your free time? “I spend a lot of time with my family. In November we went on an amazing trip to Portugal – (there were 14 of us in total), including my parents and sisters with their respective families. Sometimes we also travel with my aunt and uncle’s family, and then there are 32 of us traveling together, which is super fun. I also coach my daughter in both soccer and gymnastics. In summer we spend a lot of time in our summer house and love having friends over to show off my husband’s amazing cooking skills.”
