𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗘𝗞𝗢 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀: ”𝙒𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧” MEKO awards are an annual ceremony and cherished tradition highlighting extraordinary achievements and exceptional people. The award is an opportunity where we come together as a group to honor those who have gone above and beyond in their contributions to MEKO. A prestigious award presented during the ceremony was the Dedication Award 2024, awarded to Team Poland. The jury's motivation was as follows: “When saying “a lot at work” doesn’t quite capture it. When one major project after another starts up and must be carried out simultaneously, under tight deadlines — and with many eyes watching. This team has skillfully juggled warehouse projects, intensive work on a new business system, and a major acquisition, all while continuing to run the business. They’ve shown outstanding dedication — or should we say oddanie, as it’s called in Polish.” Congratulations team Poland: INTER-TEAM Sp. z o.o. and ELIT ! “I didn’t expect this, but I want to say thank you. We have a lot on the agenda and if we manage to do what we want, we will be back to receive this award next year,” says, Jaroslaw Chojczak, Managing Director at Inter-Team. #MEKO #BuildingAStrongerMEKO #Award #DedicationOfTheYear

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 At the end of November, we gathered 110 leaders from across MEKO's eight business areas for our annual MEKO management conference in Stockholm. Over two inspiring days, we reflected on our progress, shared best practices, and united to amplify our collective impact and how we could continue our initiative “Building a stronger MEKO”. "This event highlights the power of collaboration. When we join forces, we go beyond individual strengths to create something truly remarkable. The road ahead is full of opportunities, and together, we’ll make MEKO stronger than ever”, says Pehr Oscarson, CEO at MEKO. Looking ahead, starting in 2025, the MEKO name and brand will be expanded to unify and strengthen support functions within our business areas. This change is another step in leveraging the collective power of MEKO, ensuring we remain a strong and united force in the automotive industry. 𝗠𝗘𝗞𝗢 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 We are proud to introduce our new mentorship program, Astrid. It is a 12-month development program for female talents at MEKO, aimed at promoting gender equality and increasing the representation of female leaders. The program is designed to support and develop female talents through mentorship, coaching, and network building. Each adept will work towards individually tailored goals with the guidance of a mentor, focusing on leadership and other areas of personal growth. "By implementing a women's empowerment program, we can create a more inclusive and supportive culture that fosters the growth of women leaders and thus increases diversity and representation in leadership positions”, says Malin Fagerlund, Chief Human Resources Officer at MEKO’s swedish operations. We hope that the Astrid program will create strong networks and help us achieve our goal of having 20 percent female leaders by 2030. Together, we are building an even more inclusive and supportive workplace.
