🔥 London Fashion Week with Karoline Vitto Gomes 🔥 As fashion week draws to a close, we like to share some exciting news about our most recent feature at the London Fashion week. At PYRATEX® we have always aimed to make our innovations accessible to the broader fashion industry. We noticed that many new and emerging designers are eager to explore new fabric alternatives and we thought our fabrics could serve as the perfect canvas. At the Challenge the Fabric (CTF) event in Milan earlier this year, our CEO, Regina Polanco, had the opportunity to interact and learn from several designers during the event. When she returned, she sat down with one of our own talented designers, Eva Pinilla Barbolla and Niharika Shetty from Brand Collaboration. They brainstormed the idea of supporting up-and-coming designers & creators and launched our new Emerging Designers Program. And who better to kick off this programme than the designer that inspired it, Karoline Vitto Gomes, a designer Regina crossed paths with at CTF. We were super excited to be fabric sponsors for Karoline’s presentation at the London Fashion Week. She is a designer known for her innovative approach, celebrating the curves and accentuating the folds, with a focus on placing the body at the centre of the design process. Her creations tell stories through carefully crafted shapes and drapery that complement the female form. And that is exactly what unfolded at LFW. Here are some pictures from Eva's experience, capturing our PYRATEX® seacell and PYRATEX® power fabrics coming down the runway, along with some behind-the-scenes shots. A big shout out to Karoline Vitto and team for an amazing opportunity. Looking forward to more to come! 🚀
