What do hotel guests really expect from booking online in 2024? 🧐 The other day we stumbled upon a recent report from Adyen covering this topic. The report highlights what today’s hotel guests demand: a seamless, smooth and secure booking experience ✅. Some of the key findings in the report include: 💡 59% want free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. 💡 37% have dropped bookings due to limited payment options. 💡 72% are worried about online fraud. With around 50% of hotels facing fraud attempts in the past year, using trusted payment solutions is critical to make guests feel confident when booking (and also to boost bookings at your property).
