Nia’s ability to create an inclusive, value-driven workplace has inspired her colleagues. We asked Nia a few questions to get to know her journey and insights as a leader: Congratulations Nia, how does it feel to win the Erling Persson Award?  “Winning this award is an honour. Since becoming a DM, I’ve focused on creating a supportive, inclusive, and fun environment. It’s rewarding that what feels natural to me has been recognised." Can you share an example of how you bring our values to life in your daily work? "The values of the H&M Group align with my personal values, so it has felt natural to embed them in how I develop and lead my team. I take the time to get to know each team member, understand what motivates them, and build their confidence so they feel ownership and pride in their work." What motivates you to constantly strive for improvement and inspire your team? "It’s fulfilling to watch my team develop confidence, customer service skills, and product knowledge. I value giving and receiving feedback to guide and inspire them." Where do you find inspiration for always dressing on brand? “I’ve always enjoyed expressing myself through my outfits and I love that I work for a brand that gives me the freedom and encouragement to just be myself! One of my favourite pieces from the recent collection is the Brushed-Cashmere Jumper.” #andotherstories #erlingperssonaward
