  • Our client in the Tours & Travel Industry seeks to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk who will play a key role in managing all aspects of the Accounts Payable process. The successful candidate will also be required to assist with critical parts of the Sales Ledger during peak times and staff absences. Key Responsibilities Invoice Validation: Validate direct cost invoices by ensuring all travel costs are reconciled with the Concorde booking system. Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues directly with suppliers. Accrual Management: Manage the booking system accrual report (Creditors Report) to ensure timely processing of supplier credits and investigate old accruals for resolution. Overhead Invoice Processing: Ensure that overhead invoices are entered into the finance system promptly and reconcile them with supplier statements as needed. Supplier Payments: Raise supplier payments in accordance with validated invoices, ensuring compliance with agreed credit terms and timely submission for payment.
