The Box Films is the proud production company of the 2025 Lavazza Calendar!   To celebrate their 130th anniversary, Lavazza chooses to talk about the present and, above all, looks to the future by commissioning new generation talent Omar Victor Diop to produce the images in the Calendar. Diop is an extraordinarily elegant French-Senegalese artist who creates a single choral photograph in which joyful chromaticism expressing the visual vibrancy of his home culture is combined with skillful com- position that references the great tradition of Renaissance painting, giving life to four tableaux vivants that celebrate the idea of the encounter and blending, adapting it according to two key concepts. The leitmotif linking the four seasons, dominated by shades of light blue, pink, green and ochre, is the counter that symbolizes the place where Multiple cultures and experiences come together through a shared love of coffee. The photographs, which compose a symphony of the four seasons, are populated by 36 protagonists invited from the world of Lavazza to embody certain key moments in the Group’s history. The images for the twelve months of the Calendar form a narrative that unfolds as if in a single long take and tells multiple different micro-stories, the “molecules” that make up a larger collective story. Siamo lieti di annunciare che il cortometraggio "Il Presente" prodotto da Briciola.tv in collaborazione con The Box Films, per la regia di Francesca Romana Zanni con Massimiliano Caiazzo, Barbara Chichiarelli, Iaia Forte e Alberto Malanchino, è stato selezionato ad Alice Nella Città, sezione parallela del Roma Cinema Fest 2024 - Fondazione Cinema per Roma. Questo riconoscimento rappresenta un'importante tappa del nostro percorso artistico, iniziato 4 anni fa quando Nicola Prosatore ci ha proposto l'idea di "SeMe", una serie TV sul tema della fecondazione assistita. Da allora, il progetto ha ottenuto i fondi MiC per lo sviluppo e, anche se attualmente non ha ancora trovato un broadcaster, siamo già al lavoro sul terzo episodio, realizzando ogni puntata come un cortometraggio autonomo.
