𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰: 𝗔 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 As we wrap up the year, we reflect on a great journey: 🌍 Our sales team attended 44 trade shows across the globe, engaging with partners, clients, and industry leaders. 🏢 At our headquarters, we hosted two major events, welcoming nearly 500 guests and fostering meaningful dialogue about the future of our industry. Now, our sights are set on what’s ahead: preparing for BAU and bauma 2025, two key events that promise exciting opportunities. Thanks to everyone who made this year a success — our team, partners, and clients. Here’s to a successful and inspiring 2025!

🗞 SETTING THE STANDARD: HOW GBS PREFAB BECAME ONE OF BULGARIA’S MOST ADVANCED PRECAST PLANTS GBS PREFAB EAD, established in February 2022, strives to uphold the high standards set by the parent company through implementing highly automated machinery from Progress Group. A significant milestone for GBS Prefab was the decision to equip the new plant in Pazardzhik with this machinery. These state-of-the-art solutions are based on fully automated hydraulic drives, enabling an ultra-fast and safe production process. "The high-precision steel moulds provide a high-quality surface finish for the elements," Georgi Dikov, MSc. Eng, Executive Director – Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. The plant is designed to produce precast structures for large-scale commercial warehouses, manufacturing plants, and industrial facilities, offering large spans and maximum flexibility. We are proud to support two outstanding South Tyrolean athletes also this winter season. 🎯 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 showed in the first Biathlon relays in Kontiolahti (Finland) that she is more than ready for the upcoming races. The main target ahead will be her home World Cup in Antholz and #MilanoCortina2026. 🏂 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 kicked off his 27th World Cup season in Mylin (China). As a decorated Snowboard champion with a long success story, Roland continues to push boundaries on his way to the next winter Olympics. The 𝗭𝘂𝗸𝘂𝗻𝗳𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗵𝗻𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗦ü𝗱𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗹 event from lvh.apa, held on November 8th and 22nd at the Progress Group Headquarters in Brixen, brought together experts to discuss the future of housing in South Tyrol. As the region faces a growing demand for affordable living spaces, innovative solutions were explored to create accessible housing for all. 🏡 Key challenges include: - Only 2.8% of land dedicated to housing - A rising demand for urban living, driven by centralized workplaces - Increased construction costs due to global crises - The growing impact of Airbnb, further straining the local market, especially in the post-pandemic period However, there is hope for the future. The event highlighted possible solutions, including price-capped housing, simplified bureaucracy, and coordinated land-use planning. 🌱
