MY PIACERE is a steel and aluminium 50-meter superyacht below 500 GT, fully customised by Rossinavi and conceived for comfortable long-range voyages. Her top speed is 15.0 knots, and her cruising speed is 12.0 knots. She boasts a maximum cruising range of 3,800 nautical miles at a speed of 10.0 knots, powered by two Caterpillar diesel engines. The vessel can accommodate up to 11 guests in 5 staterooms and has a crew of 11. MY PIACERE is in the top 10% by LOA in the world. She is one of 504 motor yachts in the 45-50m size range, and, compared to similarly sized motor yachts, her volume is 14.57 GT above the average. Working with a team of renowned excellence in the yachting industry, as the owner's representative and project manager, we managed the project focusing on finding the best combination of aesthetics, technique, functionality and quality. We represented the owner by managing the project from pre-contract negotiations through to delivery. According to the client's desires, we coordinated and managed the design development of the project, ensuring that both the exterior and interior spaces were maximized to create a comfortable environment for long cruising periods with family and friends. During the entire process, we provided consistent management and onsite supervision to ensure every detail was built to the owner's expectations. We reported the progress to the client, involving him in the construction process up to his desire. By overseeing the commissioning, trials, and delivery of MY Piacere while supporting the crew in the transition from yard to operation, we ensured a smooth and enjoyable maiden voyage in the Mediterranean Sea after the yacht's acceptance and delivery. Back to the yard after the first summer season in the Med, we managed and oversaw MY PIACERE Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance (PODA) and warranty lists to enable a safe redelivery after completion of all works. We want to share this exciting walk-through aboard MY ACE, the 45-meter fully customized motor yacht we delivered in early 2023. The multi-award-winning yacht, after receiving an outstanding interest when she made her debut at MYS last September, won 3 awards at the BOAT International Media Design & Innovation Awards 2024 as Best New Series, Best Interior Design Motor Yacht 499GT and above 40m, and Best Naval Architecture – Displacement Motor Yachts. Built from the owner’s dream, we provided a bespoke advisory and project management consultancy to assist him through each step of this journey. The result is an “ACE” that exceeded the owner’s expectations! As the Owner's Pre-contract Advisor and Representative, we were involved in the development of ACE from the very beginning. We navigated the client through the 9-month project team selection process, developed preliminary project and technical specifications, and negotiated and finalized the Yacht Construction Contract alongside their client's legal advisor. (HFW). During this period, we provided the client with comprehensive assistance by introducing them to various builders and designers who, in our experience, could meet the Owner's expectations and requirements for the final selection. We attended major yacht shows worldwide, from Cannes and Monaco to Miami and Palm Beach, to showcase the quality of each player within the building industry and display various yacht layouts. This helped the client develop their vision for their future superyacht. After the contract, we managed the project from executive design and engineering through construction to completion as the owner’s representative and project manager. By consistently coordinating and supervising each design and construction stage, we ensured compliance with the contract and regularly reported progress to the client. Thanks to the team's expertise, the final result surpassed the client's expectations. The second and third hulls are currently under construction, C144s has become a very successful series for the shipyard. The second hull, and sister ship of ACE, is due to be delivered for the 2024 summer season. MY BRAVISSIMA (Project FB283) is a fast displacement fully customised 62-meter steel and aluminium motor yacht engineered to comfortably reach and navigate at a top speed of 21 knots. Started in 2020, Project FB283 was delivered in June 2023. We have been involved in the 3-year project development and build process from an early stage to represent the owner and manage the yacht construction on his behalf. With an overall length of 62 mt, a beam of 10.7 m, a draught of 2.99 m and a volume of 1,029 GT, MY Bravissima is equipped with 2 MTU engines. Featuring exterior and interior design by Cassetta Yacht Designers, the project was built by Benetti, with the Dutch naval architecture studio Van Oossanen incorporating the owner's technical and speed requirements into the hull design. The primary requirement for this project was to have a steel-hulled yacht that could comfortably cruise at 20 knots with very low noise and vibration levels. In addition to the technical challenges, the client didn't want any surprises during construction in terms of added costs. To achieve these results, as the Owner's representative and Project Manager, we managed and coordinated all the involved parties to finalise the design and technical specifications before the contract was signed, and oversaw the entire project development to ensure the executive design and engineering were completed before production started. To avoid extra costs during construction, we set up weekly online meetings, due to travel restrictions, with the team to flag up and, in some cases, anticipate and manage in advance potential problems. By meticulously planning and supervising the progress of the project, we enabled the client to state his preferences and decisions timely and, in some cases, even ahead of schedule. This result was also possible thanks to the constructive collaboration between the owner’s and builder’s teams. We oversaw the tests, commissioning, sea trials, delivery and acceptance of MY Bravissima to ensure a smooth transition from yard to operation while supporting the crew in preparing the yacht for her maiden voyage in the Mediterranean Sea. Back to the yard after the first summer season in the Med, we managed and oversaw MY Bravissima PODA and warranty lists to enable a safe redelivery after completion of all works. MY Bravissima is the 23rd-largest yacht built by Benetti. MY TIREA IS AT THE WORLD SUPERYACHT AWARDS 2024 Nominated as a finalist for the best-refitted yacht category at the 2024 BOAT International Media World Superyacht Awards (WSA), MY TIREA was originally borne as Follow Me V and built as a 45.24 mt Motor Yacht in Spain by Factoria Naval De Marin (FNM). Delivered in 2011, with exterior lines by Reymond Langton Design and interiors by Tommaso Spadolini Design Studio, she underwent a major exterior refit at NCA Refit, completed in 2023. Featuring a hull and aluminium superstructure engineered by Archimede Marine, the yacht is powered by two Caterpillar diesel engines, which enable it to reach a maximum speed of 15 knots and cruise comfortably at 12 knots. It can accommodate up to 10 guests in five staterooms, with eight crew members at their service. It has a gross tonnage of 490 GT and a beam of 9 meters. The yacht refit included a 5 mt hull extension from 45 to 50 mt, exterior spaces and beach club layout modification by Isay Weinfeld Design Studio, and a complete repainting of the hull and superstructure. We were entrusted with the pre-contract advisory and project management of the refit works. Working as the Owner’s Project Manager and Technical Representative, we proposed and assisted the owners in defining a detailed scope of work and negotiating the yacht refit contract with NCA Refit. Once the contract was signed, we managed the yacht refit project on the Owner’s behalf to ensure the works progressed smoothly according to the schedule and were delivered to the agreed quality standards.
