MP5D-X is a extrusion blow moulding machine, a double-station hydraulic system capable of producing bottles up to a maximum volume of 5L. It is equipped to produce with 2+2 cavity molds approximately 1,000 pieces/hour of 2L bottles made from 3-layer COEX multilayer PE plastic. The machine is fully compliant for green production, utilizing a significant amount of post-consumer recycled plastic material, thus enabling a substantial reduction in CO2 emissions. In this video, there is a 3-layer PE bottle, where more than 50% of the bottle's weight is made up of the middle layer, which is recycled resin derived from post-consumer material. #meccanoplastica #plasticindustry

About sustainability in 2025, Meccanoplastica will focus on three main priorities: - Monitoring the supply chain: This year, the company has already developed the greenhouse gas inventory for the supply chain, referencing 2023 operations and including initial estimates for Scope 3 (which specifically addresses the environmental impact of suppliers). - Implementing an environmental management system: Aligned with ISO 14001 standards. - Enhancing working conditions: By launching a welfare plan, publishing an ethical code that includes topics such as inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunities, and offering training courses on ESG-related topics. The HE480/D is a double-station plastic extrusion blow molding machine. Its main features are a carriage stroke of 480 mm and a clamping force of 16 tons. We are delivering the HE480/D to Poland, configured with 4+4 cavities for the production of 350 ml, 2-layer PE bottles to use a LARGE layer of Post-Cosumer Resin (= PCR material), to comply the european law .
