We are an Italian multinational company specializing in the design and production of professional espresso machines and equipment dedicated to the coffee world. The focus of our offer is also and above all value-added services for the needs of each segment and each professional: in 2023, more than 5 percent of the group's turnover is invested in research and development of new cutting-edge technologies and digitization of processes and services. The Group, which includes the LaCimbali, Faema, Slayer and Casadio brands, operates through four production plants in Italy and one in the United States (in Seattle, where the machines are produced under the Slayer brand), employing a total of more than 900 employees and a distribution network present in more than 130 countries with 13 subsidiaries and 700 distributors worldwide. After more than a century of history made of passion, tradition and coffee culture, Cimbali Group now presents itself with a renewed vision that places People at the center and sustainability as the driving force behind a business model that sees collaboration, diversity equity and inclusion as the key to future growth.     On December 10th, at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, as part of the course “Management del museo e dei servizi museali” (Museum Management and Museum Services) held by Prof. Antonio Calabrò, President of MUSEIMPRESA, within the Master's Degree program "Economics and Management of Cultural Heritage and Entertainment" coordinated by Prof. Paola Fandella, Barbara Foglia, MUMAC Director, was invited to present our corporate museum as a company asset and cultural hub dedicated to Cimbali Group's Corporate Cultural Responsibility.   During the presentation, Barbara shared the museum's projects and initiatives, addressing both internal activities (targeting stakeholders and the company’s human capital) and external activities (for the local community, visitors, and institutions).   Barbara was joined by elisa storace, curator of the Kartell Museum, who shared her experience as a testimonial of corporate museums. #WeAreCimbaliGroup #MUMAC

    We are pleased to announce that as of October 2024, Frédéric Thil has been appointed as the new General Manager of Cimbali Group. With extensive experience in the B2C sector, built through senior roles in multinational and family-owned companies, he will lead the development of a strategic business plan to further expand our footprint in the coffee machine industry.   Maurizio Cimbali, President of Cimbali Group, shared his enthusiasm: "We are particularly pleased that Frédéric has accepted our challenge. With his proven professional expertise, he will support us in advancing the internationalization process we have been pursuing for some time."   Frédéric Thil also expressed his excitement and shared his thoughts on this new chapter: "I am very proud of this new role and the trust placed in me by the Cimbali family. When I first met them, I was struck by their passion and determination to continuously enhance the value of human capital within the Group, which has become a true ambassador of Made in Italy worldwide. Given my background, I deeply identify with their focus on family values, brand awareness, and international reach.     Last week, November 22nd, at the Corporate Heritage Awards 2024 in Rome, we received a special mention for our creativity in integrated heritage marketing strategy. This prestigious recognition, organized by Leaving Footprints—an academic spin-off of the Università degli Studi del Sannio-Benevento and the Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Parthenope' specializing in heritage marketing—was awarded during the XXII Settimana della Cultura d’Impresa.   MUMAC, our corporate museum and a proud member of MUSEIMPRESA, played a central role in this achievement. The projects that earned us this honor include the new institutional video, the Digital Vault, an immersive journey into the history of professional coffee machines, and MUMAC – Coffee Escape, an edutainment initiative that explores coffee culture through an engaging museum experience supported by a dedicated app.   The award was accepted by Anna Cento, Museum Curator, who emphasized how creativity fuels our heritage projects, while Barbara Foglia, MUMAC Director, highlighted our ongoing commitment to cultural investment, stating: "This recognition makes us proud to belong to a company that not only values its own heritage but also that of an entire Made in Italy sector, consistently investing in culture."   This achievement reaffirms our dedication to bridging tradition and innovation, celebrating the past while looking to the future.     Yesterday, November 27th, Cimbali Group participated in Assolombarda's event “Digital Platforms for Asset Sharing Among Companies”, where industry leaders discussed how servitization and the sharing economy are reshaping business models for greater sustainability.   Manuela Di Fiore, Category Manager Digital Solutions at Cimbali Group, presented a talk titled "Innovation, Excellence, and Connectivity for the Future of Coffee." During the session, we highlighted our world-class brands – LaCimbali, Faema, Casadio, and Slayer – as well as our innovative IoT solutions that redefine the coffee experience. Our intervention focused on how IoT technology has allowed us to create smarter, more connected, and secure machines that integrate seamlessly into complex systems.     MUMAC – the Coffee Machine Museum by Cimbali Group – is proud to renew its participation in Prima Diffusa, the initiative by Comune di Milano, Edison, and Teatro alla Scala that brings the magic of the Prima to the city’s neighborhoods and metropolitan area.   On December 7th, MUMAC will host the live broadcast of “La forza del destino” by Giuseppe Verdi, conducted by Maestro Riccardo Chailly and directed by Leo Muscato, marking the opening of the 2024/2025 Opera and Ballet Season at Teatro alla Scala.
