It’s not just about building cities - it’s about building a sustainable and inclusive future.   Wide streets and high buildings cater for grownup needs like cars and office blocks but exclude elements of play, which could benefit everyone’s wellbeing. Quality of life for kids is about providing a “joyful and cheerful city” that’s often denied to them. The proximity to Łódź Polesie Station, part of the future Central Transport Hub (CPK) network, positions the Famuły at the heart of mobility – a gateway to regional, national, and international travel. Just as areas around Berlin’s Hauptbahnhof and New York’s Hudson Yards have been redefined by connectivity, this investment is set to unlock enormous potential for the city. Grupa Arche, with its proven expertise from projects like Tobaco Park, is the ideal partner to deliver on this vision – combining heritage preservation with modern urban life.
