📝🌑Austria joins the signatories of the NASA Artemis Accords Yesterday, Austria signed the #ArtemisAccords, a series of international agreements initiated by NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration. They promote peaceful and transparent collaboration in space, especially in view of upcoming missions to the Moon and Mars. By becoming a signatory, Austria is strengthening its position in the international space community and opening new commercial opportunities.🚀👨🚀👩🚀 #NASAArtemis will bring humanity back to the Moon and beyond – Orion and the Lunar Gateway are key elements of this program, designed with modular, interoperable building blocks provided by various space industry partners from the USA, Europe, Japan, and Canada. 👩💻 New applications for mature technologies TTP, one of TTTech’s core technologies, was initially developed at a European university. Naturally, we are very proud when we are invited a few decades later to Virginia Commonwealth University across the Atlantic for a TTP training given by our colleague Martin Artner. This is not for further research but for the use of this mature technology to ensure the safety and reliability of new power plant control systems with a smart and cost-efficient architecture. TTTech offers a wide range of time-triggered communication solutions to guarantee fault-tolerance and reliable operation in safety-critical systems: This is what we have achieved and keep working on, for example with Collins Aerospace and others in power distribution systems for commercial aircraft, or with Vestas in the wind energy market. #tttech #aerospace

🌕 NASA's Lunar Gateway will host the next generation of space explorers We had the great pleasure of talking to Stan Love, PhD, a senior advisor on the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) between the Lunar Gateway and visiting astronauts. 🌟 Exciting News from TTTech! 🌟 Georg Kopetz, recently participated as a panelist at the Global Peter Drucker Forum in Vienna! 🎤 Panel 6: Unleashing Scientific Innovation 📅 November 14 During the panel, he shared his insights on the complementary effects of technology and science. Reflecting on Peter Drucker’s words, @Georg Kopetz emphasized, “In the age of AI, tech is first and science tries to understand what we can do. The European community of scientists needs to be more business-oriented. The challenge is that collaboration happens mostly thanks to EU funding. What would happen if we doubled-down the funding on winners? And if the EU did not focus on what is going on in China or the US and what is not working? Let’s choose smart what our joint priorities should be in an age where science based tech is the driving force of business and economies at large!” We are proud to have been part of such an insightful event and look forward to continuing the conversation on innovation and collaboration.
