We are thrilled to announce the successful sale of a production site in Rumburk! In a short time, we found a suitable buyer who will utilize the facility for their needs. This sale and leaseback transaction allows our client - Ventos Energy Solutions to remain as a tenant in part of the facility, ensuring continuity in their operations.
