This feature allows you to easily adjust the length, diameter, and path of cables according to the design. With adaptive components, you can modify the design without needing to redraw the entire element. In addition to cables, adaptive components can also be applied to ducts and other MEP elements to simplify the modeling process. In line with GeoBIM Indonesia's commitment to supporting Indonesia's development through digital construction, we are honored to be entrusted with creating a comprehensive 3D model of the 21.6 km Cawang-Pluit toll road section. The 3D model, with a Level of Detail (LOD) of 350, was generated from point cloud data obtained through Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS). Building Information Modeling (BIM) can also be developed for school facilities. The BIM adoption process for these facilities involves several stages. First, we perform a comprehensive scan of the entire school area, including buildings, landscapes, and outdoor facilities. We also map the topography of the surrounding river area to gain a better understanding of the 2D and 3D topographic conditions and elevation differences. Additionally, we conduct a Ground Penetrating Radar Survey to identify underground utilities. The point cloud data we obtain is then modeled into a 3D building that can be used for various purposes, such as asset management and new construction planning. #BIM #engineer #scantobim #3dmodeling #mapping #technology #pointcloud #workflow
