We're excited to share some positive news! As you know, climate change is a major global challenge. Coinciding with National Tree Planting Day, we address the issue by planting 7,000 mangrove trees in Kepulauan Seribu through the Aksi Cinta Bumi initiative. This initiative aligns perfectly with the government's goal of rehabilitating 600,000 hectares of mangrove land by year-end. These trees will strengthen our natural sea defenses and contribute to reducing climate temperature, saving the environment, and mitigating sea level rise. Here's how this impressive number was achieved: -3,700 trees converted from customer packaging returns, electronic product Trade-In programs, and employee & customer donations. -2,000 trees planted by participants of the Fresh Track 5K Run held in celebration of Ranch Market and Farmer's Market's anniversary. -1,000 trees supported by Bank Neo Commerce through their new account opening program during The Langkah Membumi Festival 2024 -300 trees donated from the proceeds of the circular fashion auction by designer Rinda Salmun during the Langkah Membumi Festival 2024. This project showcases the power of collaboration in achieving significant environmental impact. It aligns perfectly with Blibli Tiket Action's commitment to creating a more sustainable future.
