With support from Innosuisse, this project goes beyond just technology—it’s about transforming property maintenance for greater efficiency, fewer unexpected costs, and a smaller environmental footprint. So, why EPFL? Because it’s one of the most dynamic innovation hubs in Europe. Collaborating with their teams means tapping into an incredible pool of AI talent and expertise that will help us turn visionary solutions into reality. For a startup like ours, Innosuisse’s support is a real springboard, bridging academic innovation with industry needs, where every breakthrough can make a tangible impact. This project is a chance to prove that tech and sustainability can—and should!—go hand in hand to shape the future of real estate.

I firmly believe that artificial intelligence will revolutionize the way we manage real estate. We’ve all faced the challenges of property inspections: hours spent scrutinizing every detail, the difficulty of staying objective, and the potential tensions that arise between tenants and landlords. Since diving into the world of AI applied to real estate, one of my main goals has been to make these processes simpler, more reliable, and, above all, more human. Just yesterday, I demonstrated Xeli App, which can scan a room in minutes and automatically detect damage. In a few months, it will even be able to assess the severity of the damage and provide a cost estimate. This isn’t science fiction anymore: AI already allows us to perform property inspections in the blink of an eye, without subjectivity. Imagine: no more endless disputes, no more ambiguity, just clear, objective data. This goes beyond technology; it’s a way to reduce stress and build trust in a transaction as important as renting a property. What truly drives me is seeing how AI, this complex technology, can simplify everyday moments, making them more seamless and transparent. Yes, there’s still a long way to go and challenges to overcome. But with each step, I get closer to a vision where real estate becomes more accessible, more fair, thanks to innovation.
