A New Chapter for Collab     We’re happy to introduce Jose Luis Silva as Collab’s new CEO! José’s journey at Collab spans 20 years, from his beginnings in R&D to this pivotal moment of leadership. Having grown alongside the company, he steps into this role with humility, vision, and a commitment to shaping the future of customer experience.    In his own words:  “The challenge is clear: to bring AI into customer experience while maintaining the right balance between technology and human interaction.”    At the same time, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Pedro Rodrigues for his exceptional leadership as CEO. Pedro’s dedication and vision have positioned Collab for success, and as he moves into his new role as Group Leader L3 at Lumine Group, we wish him every success in this exciting next step.    Here’s to José, to Collab’s next chapter, and to building smarter, more human customer experiences, together.
