Gerde bei funktionsübergreifenden Projekten Teams halte ich die Kommunikation für den entscheidenden Punkt. Die ganze schöne Risikoanalyse bringt uns nicht, wenn die wichtigen Themen nicht genannt werden! Eine Risikoanalyse ist wichtig und muss sein! Umso mehr Teammitglieder teilnehmen umso komplizierter wird diese, aber auch umso vollständiger. Der Schritt danach ist aber wichtig: Ziele kontrollieren und mögliche Abweichungen frühzeitig erkennen, kommunizieren und Themen angehen. Wenn das nicht funktioniert, bringt die RA auch nichts. Eine RA aufbauen ist für viele nicht das Problem. Muss man nur machen.
