(editado)It would be a disservice to allow e-learning on a mobile, rather than a service for several reasons, which might be clustered as CAMEL. First is as basic as connectivity (C). Since the e-learning content would have HD videos, it would be a challenge to view / download the videos on the go. The second is anchoring (A) effect,i.e., if the most important videos / lessons aren't learnt effectively, further videos / lessons would be counter productive. The third would be that it would undermine the mindset (M) as the mobile-mindset is definitely different from having a laptop / tab / desktop. 4th reason is the potential experience (E) leakage playing spoil sport on the very efficacy of learning and eventually killing the learning (L) appetite.

Creativity is the way ahead. Infographics serve the beat. Use more of images to create the message. Since longer screen time can affect the eyes, shorter, meaningful content in bullet points serve the purpose better.
