Well, well, well, looks like our tech and data teams had a hell of a time (and a ton of work). 😏 The Great Summit (Didysis sąskrydis) is our tradition, where we step away from our daily tasks and get down to business. Together. 🫡 It's a chance for quality collaboration as we work side by side to tackle challenges. We spot the problems. And we crush them. #EveryEmployeeHasAStory | Give a warm welcome to Miglė – our shining Business Development star. ✨ Although she joined our team just a year ago, Miglė has been in the car industry for nearly 10 years. Before carVertical, she worked at Regitra as Head of the Vehicle Registration Department. “After years in a public company, I was initially worried, but I soon realized the differences with private companies weren’t as big as I expected. Working with vehicle data made me feel right at home,” Miglė explains of her career transformation. Her daily routine involves communicating with data providers, searching for new data sources, and working with public authorities. In her free time, she enjoys several hobbies, including taking care of her four dogs and regularly participating in dog shows. She nurtures her pets with the same passion she applies to growing plants in her garden – it’s her natural form of meditation! While generally calm, Miglė loves active travel and the thrill of yacht regattas. She’s even won prizes with her team but admits that night races in a storm at sea are an experience she’d rather avoid. At the end of the day, Miglė’s biggest inspiration comes from her family. Realizing her true passion, she transitioned to email marketing, helping build our in-house team from scratch. 📈💪 Books are her constant companions, and she has committed to reading a page a day for the past two years. Regarding being focused, Eglė is a coffee fanatic and gourmet at the same time, but she also loves to unwind by caring for her friends' dogs. 🐶☕ Her most-used app is Notes, where she keeps her entire life organized, from gym reminders to travel plans. Eglė also loves wrapping gifts and looks forward to Christmas just for that. 🎁🎄Gladly, it's almost here!
