How can we identify which features have the greatest impact on our models’ outputs? 🤔 When models give us results, understanding why they made those decisions is just as important as the predictions themselves. Initially confident with a strategic head start, the sudden emergence of tools like ChatGPT accelerated their efforts, leading to over 35 GenAI projects and 800+ employee-driven prototypes. However, enterprise-level implementations revealed complexities, from rethinking system design and managing unstructured knowledge bases to addressing new risks and integration challenges.
