We were proud to be the major event partner for the 8th consecutive year at the Australian Airports Association Women in Airports Forum on Monday, hosted by Brisbane Airport Corporation. This year's theme was 'Destined for Equality: Women Powering Aviation'. 💪 Our Kaylene Shuttlewood, Managing Director for Travel Sellers, welcomed attendees at the beginning of the day and joined a panel on 'Equality across generations'. 🗣️ The session brought together four panellists from different age groups to discuss the issues each generation faces. Key takeaways include: ✅ All generations have something valuable to offer. ✅ Invest in yourself and prioritize career-long learning. ✅ Leadership is about setting examples and modeling behavior we want to see in the workplace. ✅ Focus on building confidence throughout our careers. 🤝 The forum was an excellent opportunity to connect with senior airport female leaders and gain insights into their careers, experiences and lessons learned.
