Here are some top tips they shared for overcoming impostor syndrome: 1️⃣Keep a running list of your accomplishments—it’s a powerful reminder of what you’ve achieved. 2️⃣Ask yourself: Am I unsure about the topic, or just afraid to share my opinion? 3️⃣ Identify your triggers. Whether it’s a specific person, event, or topic, knowing what sparks those feelings helps you prepare. 4️⃣Demystify your heroes. Remember, no one is born with all the skills—they worked for them, and so can you! What’s yours?

🙌 Last week, our CEO & Co-Founder, Avi Meir, spoke at the FutureTravel Summit, where he shared insights about his journey from co-founding Hotel Ninja to launching TravelPerk, along with his vision for the future of business travel. Here's what stood out! 💡Avi’s path from co-founding Hotel Ninja (sold to Booking.com) to launching TravelPerk is all about overcoming challenges, embracing change, and always keeping people at the center. 💡Running a company is like running software. You can find “bugs” in miscommunication, unnecessary processes, or decision bottlenecks. It’s all about fixing those “bugs” to keep things running smoothly. 💡AI should empower humans, not replace them. AI takes care of the heavy lifting, so people can focus on what really matters: human interactions. “If you're not exploring AI for your operations, you're missing the trend” said Avi. 💫 And last but not least, in-real-life matters. 🗣️ As Avi Meir puts it: "During Covid, there was an inorganic attempt to convince us that we can thrive as humans living disconnected from each other. And I just reject that. I truly believe in the mission of the company, to connect people in real life, that’s the reason for business travel, and more broadly, of the travel industry".
