La semana pasada cerramos la segunda edición de Shaping Today For Tomorrow (STxT), nuestro espacio interno de inspiración, reflexión y co-creación de ideas sobre sostenibilidad, diversidad e inclusión. Fue para mí un auténtico placer poder moderar la mesa de diálogo sobre inclusión de la discapacidad, y escuchar a Daniel Caverzaschi , Fernando Riaño Riaño Alba y Diego, del Comité Paralímpico Español contarnos de primera mano su experiencia. Gracias por hacernos pensar sobre los retos que enfrentáis a diario y sobre el papel que jugamos las empresas en asegurar la eliminación de barreras a la igualdad de oportunidades. Es muy inspirador poder compartir esta experiencia tan enriquecedora con las personas de Inditex que han participado en persona y online desde todas las áreas, cadenas y mercados. Last week, we wrapped up the second edition of Shaping Today For Tomorrow (STxT), our internal space for inspiration, reflection, and co-creation of ideas on sustainability, diversity, and inclusion. It was truly a pleasure for me to moderate the panel discussion on disability inclusion and to listen to Fernando Riaño Riaño, Daniel Caverzaschi, Alba, and Diego from the Spanish Paralympic Committe (Comité Paralímpico Español) share their experiences firsthand. Thank you for making us think about the challenges you all face every day and the role companies play in ensuring the removal of barriers to equal opportunities. It’s incredibly inspiring to share this enriching experience with all the people at Inditex who participated, both in person and online, from various departments, brands, and markets.
