Stop trying to do everything: Juggling client projects, endless emails, and household chores left me burned out. So learn to say no and prioritize your work. 2. Set firm boundaries: For me, this means no work after 8 PM. Reserving my evenings for unwinding has made me more focused and productive during my working hours. 3. Delegate where you can: If you can hand off small tasks like meal prep or some admin work, do it. It doesn’t make you less capable…it simply makes you human. 4. Be kind to yourself: Some days the balance will completely fall apart. That’s okay. Acknowledge it, learn from it, and keep going.

Finding a peaceful time to concentrate on your thoughts can only make you write better and manage things. Work life balance can be attained by completing various priority things in a day and then taking some time off to live your life freely.
