Most business is hectic these days dealing with multiple projects that hold different importance for different groups. Early understanding of new equipment and its requirement's can be critical to decisions for your resources to be most efficient. The most important projects are those that are deemed (usually by higher management) critical, to be operational by a specific date. To not jeopardize the financing or timing of any committed projects, organize required equipment & personal as soon as possible. Finally, to keep a groups hard built reputation for reliability, one must work to complete client projects for the cost & time that had been promised with minimal reasons for the need to explain delays.

Priority will depend upon impact. Impact will depend upon organisational stakes. Stakes will depend upon relationships. Relationships will depend upon terminal changes. Terms will depend upon the company values. Values will dictate results. And these results will be prioritised based on individual projects.
