Surpresas, fazem parte da área omercial, temos que agir de maneira a manter a confiança e a confiabilidade mostrando a falha e que não impactou no resultado final

I think the biggest approach is to not panic or over react. There are so many scenarios that it is impossible to offer suggestions, other than don't panic, and look at what has the least impact and fasted solution to maintain the production.

I have the best results are when I plan ahead and anticipate challenges before they arise and hopefully avoid many of them all together. This can also help any technical manager come up with ‘pack pocket’ solutions to quickly solve any challenges that do occur. When the unexpected does occur, which Murphy’s Law tells us will happen at some point, I find approaching each challenge with grace, humbleness, and a desire to solve it as a team member goes a long way. Attitude and language can have a huge impact on collaborating with your production team and getting the support or information you need to move forward.

Do not panic first of all. A systematic approach can solve this within no time. Put a backup so that other things do not get affected, if possible. Figure out the reason for the glitch. Try to find the solution. Implement it.

Every show has artistic and technical mishaps. Actors and technicians are usually professionals who are subject to a strict protocol. The most important thing is that no member of the team or audience member is injured. In such a situation, the artistic stage manager takes on the role of crisis manager together with the assistant director, both of whom are responsible for the artistic follow up of this situation. On the technical side, the technical stage manager in charge has a protocol that all technical team members follow; he is responsible for technical crisis management.
