The best way to handle different communication styles in any set up is to let them flow and leverage them rather than micromanaging and standardising it. Every communication style can be channelised differently to bring out the best in the communicator. And stifling the same can be damaging both to the communicator and also a loss for the organisation.

Three best strategies I will suggest are: First understanding that everyone is unique and so, have different personalities which should be embraced and well respected. ↪️Let everyone be given the platform to share freely to feel valued and heard which will aid in building trust. ↪️Ideas shared should be simplified and made relatable, storytelling techniques can be used so everyone can easily grasp. ↪️Whether big or small, acknowledgement of each Volunteer's effort is key to boost morale, unity which can serve as a reminder of the impact the volunteers are making.
