Following the accident that occurred Wednesday night in a Cannes restaurant, which seriously affected five professionals from the retail world, we wish to express our support and solidarity to the injured and still hospitalized people and to their families. Yesterday, we had an inspiring session where students from GROUPE ESPI and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master GESIIC) took the stage to share their thoughts on the future of retail. Their fresh perspectives offered invaluable insights into what drives young consumers today. 🔍 What would get you out of your home and in a shopping place? This was the key question discussed during the panel. While Gen Z is known to be digital native, they still seek out meaningful shopping experiences in store. They highlighted their need for "aesthetics", stores nice and colorful delivering an ambiance, an experience, more than some service or goods.
