El 12 de diciembre en Atos hemos celebrado unas Jornadas de Puertas Abiertas en #Valencia, especialmente dirigidas a recién graduados/as interesados en trabajar en proyectos de #IA. 🚀 Los asistentes tuvieron la oportunidad de conocer más a nuestra compañía, a sus actividades y a parte del equipo de Digital Workplace GenAI en #Iberia. Durante el evento, exploramos algunos de los proyectos más innovadores en los que están inmersos, así como las soluciones de IA aplicadas al Puesto de Trabajo que ofrecemos. 💡 Todo esto fue posible gracias a las intervenciones de : Juan Carlos Carabias Fuentes, director de RRHH Paco Palacios, responsable de DWP David Sanz Aledo, responsable de DWP Solutions Architects Victoria Gomez Bifante, especialista en GEN-AI Digital Workplace, en Atos Iberia. On November 26, 2024, the Employee Committee at Atos Sénégal organized a remarkable initiative to support the community : a blood donation. 🩸 💙 This impactful activity brought together colleagues and volunteers, resulting in the collection of 63 units of blood. Celebrating Growth and Teamwork: The End of the Internship Program 2024🎉 From November 26th to 29th, the end of Internship Program took place in São Paulo, where interns from Londrina and São Paulo could meet. 🎓 Every year, interns from Brazil join a class and take training courses in hard and hashtag #softskills. At the end of this journey, the interns deliver a solution proposal to an evaluation board, composed of the company's top leadership. The interns need to work together and develop the solution, covering the areas in which they work. After the solution is delivered, they hold a closing cocktail and reward the challenge winners. 🏆 That’s the opportunity to get to know each other, work as a team and exchange knowledge in the areas. 💡Learning, Growing, and Thriving! During November, our Eviden and Atos #Graduates and #Apprentices got to attend the training that we provide as part of their schemes. Delivered for us by QA Apprenticeships, the programme of learning focuses on helping them to develop and deploy business and personal #skills in the workplace.
