🇸🇦🤝🇫🇷 [Booster Grow Global - Vision 2030 | KSA] by Business France Selection, Preparation, and Immersion – Phase 1 of 3: Riyadh We are thrilled to kick off the final stage of our Booster Grow Global - Vision 2030 program! 20 French companies, handpicked by a Saudi jury at VivaTech last May, embarked on an exceptional journey to dive into the heart of the Saudi ecosystem. Over 10 days of immersion, they explored Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, building strategic connections and unlocking opportunities. The immersion began in Riyadh, featuring key highlights: ✨ A meeting with the Ministry of Investment (MISA) to discuss Saudi ambitions and showcase the companies’ innovative solutions. ✨ A pitching session with #CODE, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia (MCIT) accelerator, where participants presented to innovation experts. ✨ A visit to stc #InspireU, enabling impactful networking and valuable feedback from local specialists. Two flagship events marked the Riyadh sequence: ✨ The Franco-Saudi Investment Forum, attended by the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, and key French and Saudi ministers, witnessed historic agreements totaling €20 billion. ✨ The French Saudi Innovation Summit gathered over 200 attendees and experts who exchanged insights on innovation, Industry 4.0, visionary mega-projects, and venture capital. This event alone generated more than 150 B2B connections. In addition to these highlights, this phase resulted in the signing of around 20 MoUs, NDAs, and PoCs between French companies and Saudi ecosystem players, showcasing the concrete outcomes of this program. Throughout this phase in Riyadh, the Business France Middle East Saudi Arabia team worked tirelessly to organize nearly 300 B2B meetings, ensuring each participant had the opportunity to connect with key local stakeholders. 🤝 We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our program partners, including the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP) and its CEO Suliman Almazroua, the Les Conseillers du Commerce extérieur de la France (CCEF) with Jean-Philippe Bonnet, and the Conseil d'Affaires Franco Saoudien (CAFS) by its President, Mohamed BEN LADEN, whose invaluable support made this program a reality. 🚀 A special thanks to my colleagues at Business France Saudi Arabia, who contributed to this success. This program has mobilized 80% of the team, demonstrating their dedication to empowering French companies and strengthening Franco-Saudi collaboration. We're excited to be working with XSun Australia to test the capability of its long-range solar electric autonomous drone. The two-day trial in December will include photogrammetry-style surveys of coral reefs off Innisfail in north Queensland using a high-resolution camera that can survey a whole reef in about an hour. It will also be detecting marine mammals such as whales and dugongs. This is part of our quest to investigate new technologies to increase Australian Institute of Marine Science's capabilities. Les 125 entreprises bénéficient d’un accompagnement financier et extra-financier de l’ensemble des services de l’État. 🗣️ Ce matin, après les prises de parole de la ministre Clara Chappaz, de Bruno Bonnell, Orianne Chenain et Paul-François Fournier, et Julie Huguet, deux lauréats #FrenchTech2030 Calyxia | Certified B CORP et Lifen ont témoigné devant les entreprises présentes des bénéfices du programme dans le développement de leur start-up 🚀 A l’issue de ce temps fort, les CEOs ont pu échanger sur 3 thématiques : ✅ Industrialisation avec Calyxia | Certified B CORP et Bpifrance ✅ Accès marché avec Lifen et La French Tech ✅ Internationalisation par Julie zerbib pour l’INPI et Bastien Faugeroux de Business France. Après la séquence des ateliers, un temps de networking a permis les échanges avec les conseillers du Secrétariat général pour l'investissement, de Bpifrance et des start-up managers de La French Tech. Ce rendez-vous annuel est l’occasion pour les lauréats de partager des bonnes pratiques mais également d'accélérer le développement de leurs projets.
