Yesterday, our offices were filled with excitement and laughter during our Family Day! ✨ The Wakakids, our special guests, had the chance to explore their parents’ workplace and enjoy a variety of magical activities: balloon sculptures, face painting, and even a #Guignol Theater performance. 🎈 At #Wakam, we are on an epic journey, we know it, and overall we have fun, and this event was the perfect illustration of that spirit. 🚀 Laughter, joy, and shared moments made the day truly unforgettable. Balance disorders affect nearly 1 million people in France. 😵💫 At #WakamforGood, our goal is to support associations or organisations that help and reintegrate individuals in psychological and financial distress. 🤝 This is why we have chosen to support two CNRS projects focused on studying vestibular system disorders—a true, silent "sixth sense" that plays a key role in balance, gaze stabilization, and other essential functions, including spatial memory. Christophe Lopez and Christian Chabert , research directors at CNRS, share their insights on this collaboration alongside Olivier Jaillon, Chairman of Wakam for Good. What an amazing day at #Insurday2024, held this year at the Parc des Princes in Paris! On the agenda: - Thought-provoking roundtables on "Innovating to Better Protect: Are New Technologies REALLY Revolutionizing the Insurance Industry?" - The Wakam FC, made up of our best dribblers, was all set for an exciting five-a-side tournament Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn’t play on the iconic fields of #ParcdesPrinces. But at #Wakam, we always look for frugal and simple solutions – and we weren’t about to be left out! So, we switched gears and took the game to an urban soccer venue instead ⚽ It was a pleasure to connect and share ideas with our partners and industry peers throughout the day. The discussions were truly enriching! A huge congratulations to Korint for their impressive second-place finish in the "Startup of the Year" category 🏅 Wishing the best of luck to all the participants and hoping they bring the cup home! Last Friday was FreeDay at #Wakam! 🚀 🌍 On this FreeDay, we had the pleasure of visiting the non-profit organization Habitat et Humanisme Urgence, supported by Wakam For Good. It was an enriching day for our Wakamees, marked by inspiring exchanges with the members of the organization (Sarah Grenier and Marianne Robin).
