GEODIS delivers to RELAY stores at Paris airports using 100% electric trucks! 🚚 #GEODIS operates three fully electric trucks covering over 300 kilometers per day to deliver goods for Lagardère Travel Retail at Paris Airport: Paris Aéroport - Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Orly Paris® - Orly International. This shift to electric vehicles helps reduce direct CO2 emissions by 115 tons annually compared to traditional vehicles. On November 21st, during the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, GEODIS was proud to take its DuoDay initiative to a global scale. From its successful roots in France to an international movement, this event connects our employees with people with disabilities for a day of professional immersion and shared experiences. ➡️ In France, 52 duos have been formed this year, with more opportunities emerging daily. ➡️ Our Asia-Pacific team was pioneering new ground through a partnership with Singapore's Autism Resource Centre, reimagining inclusive roles in our warehouses. ➡️ In the Americas, our collaboration with LEAD Academy has transformed our facilities into learning spaces for students with disabilities. ➡️ Our Morocco team joins the movement by welcoming four participants for their first edition.
