The best product teams put customer feedback at the center of their product development lifecycle.
When I started working on Cycle App, one of my core insights was that collaboration tools for product teams didn't have a "Customer" object.
Can you believe it? You spend your whole day prioritizing stuff, writing specs, analyzing product data, documenting user research, etc but you can't open up a customer profile and dig into their needs?
That's fucked up!
When you start working on a new feature, you should have an easy access to raw customer context. You should be able to browse through relevant customer quotes. That's how you build empathy.
Whenever you see the name of a customer on a feature or a user research doc, you should be able to open their profile and browse through their quotes. With one click, you should be able to generate a summary of their needs.
On that same profile, you should have access to your customer attributes (ARR, plan, tier, etc) in sync with your CRM (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce). And these attributes should be available as filters for your customer feedback analyses!
That's what we do at Cycle. We put the customer at the core of your product workflows 💙
