Ship it only if you’re proud enough to put your name on it. If there's no name on a release note, is it really worth being on your changelog? We don't think so! That's why we're introducing makers. Each release note is now tagged with the makers that made it happen 🙌 There's more 👀 It will soon feed Cycle App's maker profiles with what they ship the same way GitHub's developer profiles are automatically populated with their open source contributions. Stay tuned!

Stop launching, start landing. Just like rockets, the hard part of shipping software is not launching new releases, it's landing them into customers' hands. Remember that job's not finished when it shipped, let alone when the PRD was written. Until folks engage with it, you didn’t deliver any value. That's why you gotta create engagement around your releases, otherwise no one will notice them. And without surprise, the best way to do that is... the feedback loop! By closing the feedback loop with customers at each release, you'll make sure your releases actually land – and you'll improve engagement and loyalty in the process ☺️ Think about it next time you ship a new release. Sure, it launched... but did it land?

Little details that make users feel heard... ✨ In Cycle, we allow ourselves to automatically clean your customer data for you, without you asking ☺️ When an unknown email address is linked to new feedback, we map it to the right company (existing or new) based on the domain name. We also automatically fetch companies' logos so that your customer profiles look good, effortlessly ✌️

The best product teams put customer feedback at the center of their product development lifecycle. When I started working on Cycle App, one of my core insights was that collaboration tools for product teams didn't have a "Customer" object. Can you believe it? You spend your whole day prioritizing stuff, writing specs, analyzing product data, documenting user research, etc but you can't open up a customer profile and dig into their needs? That's fucked up! When you start working on a new feature, you should have an easy access to raw customer context. You should be able to browse through relevant customer quotes. That's how you build empathy. Whenever you see the name of a customer on a feature or a user research doc, you should be able to open their profile and browse through their quotes. With one click, you should be able to generate a summary of their needs. On that same profile, you should have access to your customer attributes (ARR, plan, tier, etc) in sync with your CRM (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce). And these attributes should be available as filters for your customer feedback analyses! That's what we do at Cycle. We put the customer at the core of your product workflows 💙

Ask anything to your customer feedback data & close feedback loops | NoCode builder | Co-founder @CIVIX

This is my favorite Cycle App feature so far Ever wished you could ask a very specific question to all your customers at once? Now you can, with Cycle Ask 🥳 - What are the feature requests from our top paying customers who's subscriptions are renewing in the next 3 months? - What customer feedback do we have about {problem} - How frequently do we get feedback or complaints about X? Cycle Asks currently detects time filters, customer names (both company & individual) and product topics you're digging into. But we'll continue adding new capabilities in the coming months 🙌

This is what a feedback autopilot looks like ✨ For each of your feedback sources – user research notes, support tickets, customer calls, emails, NPS surveys, you name it – you can automate a bunch of actions: 1. Extract customer quotes with product feedback in them (exclude quotes that are not related to the product) 2. Categorize each quote into type (improvement, problem, kudo, etc), product area, and specific features 3. If no feature is found in the roadmap for a specific quote, create one using the quote and previously created features as context 4. Mark the feedback as processed so that it doesn't even get to the feedback inbox ✌️ Think about it: Cycle App just automated an entire workflow, that's what non-bullshit AI does! AI performing tasks and generating insights – all by itself 🤗
