Well, one thing that doesn’t lie is data. Best way is to analyze retention on a specific page or the utilization of specific tools. You have to understand at which specific point/page people tend to log off or develop issues. Another way is to run a survey, simply ask more users/testers to check and verify if the platform performs exactly how it should.

When assessing an EdTech platform’s effectiveness, I consider measurable user outcomes, balanced with feedback from diverse roles, i.e from students, instructors, and admins. Edtechs have been on the top of minds of many students and parents looking for a convenient platform to learn anytime anywhere that too in a comfortable environment. However, one needs to give a thought that if learning and teaching happens in such a comfortable environment will it really prove its effectiveness from students’ learning & retention perspective. Instead of dealing with reasons for such feedback, edtechs should have expert teams for quality checks and timely redressal of feedbacks collected from the users at regular intervals. In order to understand the reasons for negative feedbacks it will be vital to assess each and every stage right from planning of the product /services to the final delivery of products or services.

Es relevante que previo a la publicación de cualquier recurso educativo dentro de un ambiente virtual, y podría decir que hasta, previo al uso de una plataforma educativa, es necesario conocer el "cómo aprenden" las personas que serán los usuarios finales, porque es ahí donde se puede recopilar información de usos, de hábitos y de preferencias de consumo de contenido, así como incorporar encuestas sobre los puntos que se deseen mejorar, ejemplo: instrucciones, navegación, interacción, profundidad en contenido, pertinencia con su quehacer diario. Solo así podríamos reducir comentarios detractores. Escuchar a quien aprende y cómo aprende.
