The Harmonia 1040 project is an expression of timeless elegance, with architectural lines planned to integrate with the surrounding environment. Through precise architectural visualizations, we bring to life the vision of a development that stands out for the harmony of its shapes and the softness of its volumes, subtly and sophisticatedly revealing the architecture in its purest essence. In this project, the facade is not just a functional element, but a visual expression that connects with the surrounding space. Priority was given to the presence of abundant vegetation, which softens the lines and allows nature to become an integral part of the structure. The idea is to create a future where architecture is not merely an imposing object but a discreet and welcoming presence that delicately and harmoniously blends into the urban landscape. Founded in 2012 by Deisi Bernardi and Fernando Gasperin, Blackhaus was established with the vision of capturing the essence of architecture through digital artistry. Fernando Gasperin, co-founder and creative director, brings over 15 years of expertise in architectural visualizations. His leadership reflects a commitment to innovation, excellence, and storytelling, blending architecture, photography, and design into compelling visual narratives that have earned the studio global recognition. Deisi Bernardi, also co-founder and creative director, has over 12 years of experience shaping Blackhaus's distinct approach. Her deep understanding of architecture, fashion, interior design, and cultural trends enables her to create tailored client experiences and refine project management processes. Her ability to distill complex ideas into accessible and meaningful concepts adds a unique layer to the studio's work. Under their direction, Blackhaus thrives as a collective of skilled 3D artists, designers, photographers, videographers, and composers, all united by a shared belief: architectural design should speak for itself.
