Job Title: Customs and Process Development Supervisor Location: Istanbul, Türkiye Employment Type: Full-time   Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customs and Process Development Supervisor to join our organization. This role demands a seasoned professional with a thorough understanding of customs procedures and a strategic focus on refining process efficiencies. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, streamlining operational processes, and optimizing our customs-related workflows.   Key Responsibilities: Supervise and enhance customs operations, ensuring full compliance with all relevant international trade regulations. Conduct detailed analysis of customs procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to implement effective and efficient customs and logistics solutions. Proactively assess and manage risks associated with customs and international trade activities. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable customs regulations, tariffs, and industry best practices. Prepare and deliver regular reports on customs operations, process advancements, and performance indicators to senior management.   Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required. A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar capacity; customs experience is a valuable asset. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of a second language will be considered an advantage. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization.
