Beyaz&Yalcin Law Office was established on 2009 in Istanbul. Since its establishment, the firm provides legal guidance to its clients on the basis of “3P” concept. We think that the cases only could be won before the court procedures. Keeping that in mind, we PREDICT possible disputes before they exist and take all necessary PRO-ACTIVE actions to PROTECT our client’s rights. We call it “3P” method, which means PREDICTIVE, PRO-ACTIVE and PROTECTIVE legal services. Our boutique law firm also values to solve the disputes with experienced lawyers by giving one to one services. We represent multinational corporations, international institutions, agencies and other notable clients in Corporate, Public Procurement, Labour Law, International & Local Tax Disputes, Human Rights, Real Estate & Construction Law, Litigation and Arbitration areas. According to our experience; at the present day rapidly changing business environment needs two things to be successful: mutual trust&confidence in relationships and wise advice at work. Comprehending and meeting such expectations made us rethink and value how our clients could be more satisfied of our services. This is why we are not only delivering technical answers to legal inquiries but we are taking responsibilities by understanding our client’s business objectives. This means understanding the business trends, market insight and client performance in relation to the legal and regulatory environment.
