    How can retail create a complementary digital experience to guide purchases? Back in 2020, Hilding Anders Croatia approached us to completely rethink Hespo’s eCommerce platform and create a best-in-class shopping experience. The process began with a focus on understanding buyers and what they struggle with when buying a mattress or bed. By putting users first and leveraging extensive research, we created a premium online shopping experience that empowers customers to make informed decisions about their bedding and mattresses. The results? A modern, functional site that set a new benchmark, driving a sharp rise in conversions and sales which have continued on a strong upward trend. The Hespo site also goes beyond eCommerce, showcasing 30+ years of expertise and the legacy of a trusted leader in bedding and mattresses.     How do we translate the value of an AI/ML platform and its solutions into customers' language? Companies often struggle to create messaging that explains their offering and benefits in simple words that will resonate with their customers. This is especially true if the product is highly technical 🤓, and the communication must simultaneously address decision-makers and technical personas. This was precisely the request we received from our client, Aispire. With their platform and solutions, they are building the foundations for AI/ML-powered analytics in the world's most demanding industries, such as communication services 📡, smart manufacturing 🏭 and infrastructure 🚦. To create information architecture, overarching storytelling and every piece of messaging, we devised a series of discovery workshops with the team and a storytelling framework to explain the benefits and technology on a high level, as well as the technical details of the AI/ML pipelines paired with the geo-distributed analytical database. A clear process saved countless hours, keeping us from rabbit holes and endless iterations.
