Policy-makers, researchers, and the wider public can learn about the structure and scope of the NQFs, and get information on their implementation, impact and future priorities. ✅📑 📍𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀-𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗘 offers detailed information on the #jobs and #skills employers demand based on online job advertisements (OJAs) in 32 European countries. It is powered by Cedefop’s and Eurostat’s joint work in the context of the Web Intelligence Hub. 📍The Europe-wide 𝗩𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗧𝘀 is inspired by successful VET practices and aims at helping policy makers, practitioners, and providers of support to young people not in employment, education, or training (#NEETs) to design policies and implement practices that will better address the needs of NEETs, helping them to reintegrate into education or training and the labour market. 👩🏭👩🔧👨🏭 ...and so much more. ✅Aaaaaand, do we have your attention? 📍News time! 🇪🇺🇪🇪 Skills and labour shortages remain a significant challenge in Estonia, hampering #investment, #productivity, and #economicgrowth. 📉👩🏭👷 📢 In this context, Cedefop has signed a collaboration agreement 📃 with the European Commission under the #TechnicalSupportInstrument, which provides tailor-made technical expertise to 🇪🇺 Member States to design + implement reforms. This collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Research of Estonia / Haridus- ja Teadusministeerium focuses on enhancing #skillsforecasting and governance in Estonia to better align workforce capabilities with #marketdemands. 📈 📍The project helps Cedefop upscale the provision of tailored support to countries aiming to future-proof their #workforce and #workplaces.
