Going under and beyond for #CustomerCentricity in Namibia Launched on 1 October, Namibia’s national Under The Crown (UTC) competition runs until 31 December, and offers consumers the opportunity to win a range of exciting prizes, simply by choosing a product with a yellow closure and sending the unique code under the cap to a number. Anchor prizes include stoves, freezers, air fryers, microwaves, gas braais, mini fridges and meal vouchers! What an excellent example of partnering with our customers for growth, as we achieve #CustomerCentricity

A time for generosity and unity Whether you call it Second Christmas, Boxing Day, Day of Goodwill or St. Stephen’s Day, today is a time to continue the spirit of giving and compassion. This day encourages us to reflect on the importance of giving back to our communities and supporting those in need. Let's embrace the true essence of this special day by volunteering, donating to charity or simply spreading kindness. Share the joy, spread the love and make a positive impact in your community. #spreadthelove

Merry Christmas, CCBA! Christmas, celebrated today by Christians around the world, marks the birth of Jesus Christ. It has evolved into a global holiday filled with joy, giving and togetherness as communities who observe the holiday decorate their homes, swap gifts, enjoy traditional meals and attend religious services. Did you know? In 1931, Coca-Cola commissioned illustrator Haddon Sundblom to paint Santa for Christmas advertisements. Sundblom came up with the jolly Santa we know today, with his signature red velvet vest and white beard. #spreadthelove #OurPeople

Well done CCBB! Looks like your Schweppes Mixology was a great success!
Friday was the culmination of our Schweppes Mixology journey of 2024 with the final hosted in Gaborone at Park 27. The winners of our 4 legs joined to showcase the best of their talents with the each taking home significant prizes! Our Coca-Cola Beverages Botswana marketing and events team lead by Kabiwa Sebego and Boitumelo Mokou - Dibe put on the show of the year overseeing every detail! Schweppes infused fashion by Glotto and entertainment by Samantha Mogwe added to the prestige of the event! The focus was and will always be the mixologists. Not just showcasing them but giving them the Schweppes experience throughout! Well done to our winner Oscar Molefe, the winner of the Maun leg for being our overall winner! Helping vendors thrive, #CustomerCentricity in Kenya Earlier this year, our Coca-Cola Beverages Africa - Kenya colleagues partnered with Centonomy to launch Nawiri na Coca-Cola, a programme that equips vendors with entrepreneurial and financial literacy skills. Taking their name from the Swahili term “to thrive”, these training sessions aim to empower hawkers to succeed in their enterprises, while also bringing trade benefits through reward packages designed by our commercial team. #OurPeople

Well done team Malawi!
This week I had a chance to meet the CCBA in Malawi team and we had some productive meetings, a plant tour and market visit. I was impressed with the all-women sales team, Cynthia Kalanje, Sekani Jane Chirwa, Josephine Msalilwa and @Emma Jackson, as they showed me their innovative approach to finding non-traditional customer outlets.
