Clicks Group Achieves B-BBEE Level 3 – A Milestone in Our Transformation Journey 🌟 We are pleased to announce that Clicks Group has achieved a Level 3 B-BBEE rating! This milestone reflects our unwavering commitment to transformation, inclusivity, and sustainability. Aurion Andrews, Group Transformation Manager, shares: "At Clicks Group, transformation is more than a compliance target; it’s a promise to contribute meaningfully to economic and social progress in the communities we serve. Achieving Level 3 B-BBEE is a testament to our collective efforts to drive sustainable change and empower the people and entities we partner with. From building inclusive supply chains to creating opportunities for the development of our employees, entrepreneurs and small enterprises, our mission is to ensure that our business growth translates into meaningful and lasting impact for in the workplace, marketplace, and communities.” Some of this year’s highlights include: § R78 million invested in small businesses through the Group’s Supplier Development Programme (with 55% of beneficiaries being women). § R185 million invested in skills development, benefitting 6,014 employees through various development interventions. § R28 million invested in empowering beneficiaries through education and healthcare initiatives. This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication of our teams across the business—thank you for your hard work and passion.
