As announced on Wednesday, Sanlam plans to appoint Ninety One as its primary active investment manager for single-managed local and global products in exchange for shareholding in Ninety One. As part of this agreement, Ninety One will assume ownership of Sanlam Investment Management (SIM), which is currently wholly owned by Sanlam Investment Holdings Limited (SIH).   We would like to clarify that the equity stake held by SIH in Catalyst Fund Managers falls outside of the Sanlam–Ninety One agreement. Therefore, Catalyst Fund Managers remains unaffected by these changes, and our business operations will continue unchanged. Our commitment to serving you as our valued client remains steadfast.   At Catalyst, our focus is on delivering strong investment performance and superior service.
