I've been going on a bit recently about ensuring data tells a story. With the Sprinbok's victory over England this week (phew!), I had to share this one. Supporting a leadership team on an org transformation, we helped to improve a critical culture dimension by 78% y.o.y. This is what a 78% increase looks like. In his enlightening session, he shared how, in the dynamic landscape of modern organizations, navigating change can often feel like traversing through an intricate forest. Just as a skilled guide leads explorers through unfamiliar terrain, Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a pivotal role in steering organizations through transformative journeys. By analysing patterns, detecting anomalies, and predicting growth, AI tailors change strategies to foster organizational development.
